Texas Bioneers Conference 2008 Exhibitor Information

Vendor/Exhibitor Area in the George R. Brown Convention Center and Activities in the Discovery Green Park will be free and open to the public

Marketing

The event will be publicized throughout Texas and the surrounding states through, radio and media publications, as well as through e-mail blasts from Blackwood Land’s 10,000 contacts and our partners e-mail lists.

The Message

The central message of the conference is to connect people and ideas, to foster a sustainable lifestyle, social justice, health, and spirit.  We want our vendors to provide information, ideas, and solutions for conference attendees in these areas.

Guidelines

The vendors and exhibitors should be presenting products, information, or services that support the message.  The Texas Bioneers Conference supports an environment of community cooperation and support.  It is our goal to show by example what that looks like.  We ask that all vendors and exhibitors partner with us in this demonstration.  Any organizations that are unable to cooperation with the other participants will not be asked back in subsequent years.

Pricing

All Businesses                                                                        $1,000.00
Businesses (returning) the first 25 to respond                               $250.00
There will be a “village” area for Nonprofit Organizations                 $100.00             

Electrical Outlets are $105/per day  (We will try to support sharing when and where possible)

Setup & Tear Down – Vendors will be asked to arrive by 7:00 am on Friday, October 17th and setup by the start of registration by 9:30.  If you have any concerns regarding this please contact Mary Anne Casey at maryannecasey@comcast.com.  Tear down will begin at 4:00 on Sunday to be complete by 7:00pm.

All exhibitors must submit the list of products to be exhibited at the Texas Bioneers Conference. Service companies must list their qualifying criteria. Texas Bioneers Conference reserves the right to remove exhibitors that do not meet the guidelines.  The Texas Bioneers Conference reserves the right to withhold possession of exhibit space if the worksheet is not completed in a timely manner.
