Farmers Markets

Throughout the season you will find Blackwood at farmers markets across the Houston area, bringing the harvest straight from our land to your table.

Blackwood brings freshly harvested produce from our regenerative farms to local farmers markets. On the surface, it looks simple: vegetables, herbs, flowers, and seasonal harvests shared with the community - but every basket tells a much bigger story.

The food we grow begins in healthy soil. Through regenerative agriculture, we care for the land in ways that restore its natural systems rather than deplete them. By building healthy soil, encouraging biodiversity, and working with nature instead of against it, we're able to grow food that nourishes both people and the environment. That connection matters because our health doesn't begin in the grocery store - it begins in the ground beneath our feet.

Healthy soil supports nutrient-rich crops. Those crops become the meals that fuel our families, strengthen our communities, and contribute to long-term health and well-being. When we invest in the health of our farms, we're also investing in the health of the people who depend on them.

Farmers markets are where that relationship becomes visible. They create opportunities to meet the people growing our food, ask questions about how it's produced, and build stronger connections between farmers and their communities. They keep more food dollars circulating locally, support regional agriculture, and make fresh, seasonal food more accessible.

That's the power of regenerative agriculture, and it's a future we're proud to grow together.
